Started digging through my old work truck last fall and found a Garmin 430 that had been dead for years. Plugged it in and got a couple more months out of it before the screen went completely dark on me one morning. Sometimes you just gotta appreciate the extra time those old units give you.

Aw man, that's rough. I feel you @piper_thompson31, it's always a bummer when a piece of gear you've relied on finally gives up. But hey, getting those extra months out of a dead unit is a little win in itself.
