When I finally played it for her last week, she got quiet for a full minute then laughed and admitted she never hears herself talk. It wasn't about winning an argument, it was about showing her a pattern she didn't know she had. Now she actually asks before adding me to group chats about holiday plans. Has anyone else tried recording a tough family convo just to review it later, and did it backfire or help?
