After a client complained about slow transfers, I switched to batch processing
A business owner I manage property for told me my habit of sending payments one by one was costing them a day in float time. Now I batch all outgoing wires at noon sharp, and it freed up over $2,000 in available funds each week for them. Has anyone else adjusted their payment timing based on tenant feedback?

A day of float time just from sending payments one by one? That's wild. I never would have guessed that made that big of a difference. So you batch at noon and that's it for the day?

Not noon exactly, bank cutoffs vary a lot by institution.

It's such a pain when you think you're done and learn your bank's cutoff was actually earlier.
