Nah man I gotta disagree lol. I think the problem is people overcomplicate it. Trello is perfect if you treat it like a to-do list not a project management system. I've had like 50 cards in there before and it was fine cause I just moved stuff between three columns and ignored everything else.

Has anyone tried testing their old scale with a known weight like a bag of sugar to see how far off it really was? Ive heard of cheap scales being off by 10 or 15 grams, which messes with hydration a lot. But I see @christopher_craig point too, temp and activity level matter a ton.

A twenty dollar Kyocera ceramic slicer does the same job and won't rust if you forget to dry it. The guard is still annoying but at least you're not out two hundred bucks if you ditch it. Maybe that Benriner is really for people doing fifty pounds of potatoes at a time, not a Tuesday night stir fry.

55k miles and already needing a TCM replacement? Man, that is wild. I thought my car was bad but that takes the cake. Did it start shuddering right from the get go or did it take a few years to show up? I bet that was a fun bill to get hit with.
