Just hit my first 100 days using a budgeting app my bank gave me

I was at a local credit union workshop in Tacoma about six months ago, and they gave us free access to their new money-tracking tool. I started using it the next day, mostly out of curiosity. It took about three weeks of putting in every coffee and gas fill-up before the spending charts made any real sense to me. Now I can actually see where my cash goes each month, which is a first for me. Has anyone else had a tool from their bank actually stick and help like that?

Three weeks of putting in every coffee, did you ever feel like giving up before it clicked?

Yeah, the "before it clicked" part hits home... my friend almost quit her pottery class after a month of lumpy bowls. She stuck it out one more week and suddenly her hands just knew how to center the clay. It was like a switch flipped after all that frustration.

My uncle tried to learn guitar for six months and just made awful noise. He was ready to sell the thing. Then one afternoon he sat down and played a whole Creedence song clean through. Said his fingers finally stopped fighting him. It's wild how the brain needs that specific amount of time to rewire itself.
