PSA: My bank's mobile deposit glitched and held $2,800 for 9 days
Last Tuesday I tried to deposit a check through my bank's app like I always do. The app said it went through but the money never showed up in my account. Called customer service and they said the image was "blurry" even though it looked fine to me. Three transfers and a branch visit later they finally released it. Has anyone else had their bank's mobile deposit just eat a check for over a week?

Used to brush off mobile deposit complaints but now I get it, that's brutal.

Yeah, @emma_mitchell, it's usually more than just a bad focus though. Sometimes the lighting is fine and the app still rejects it for no reason lol.
