Switched from a big bank to a local credit union for my car loan

The rate was 2% lower. They actually answered the phone when I called with a question. Anyone else find better deals outside the big names?

My credit union's rates were barely better than Chase last year.

Yeah, that's so frustrating. I had the same hope with my local credit union, but their CD rates were only like 0.10% higher than the big bank. Feels like the gap isn't what it used to be.
