That $40 probe thermometer from the gas station was dead accurate, I'm embarrassed
I laughed at my buddy when he pulled it out at his place in Austin, but we checked it against my ThermoPop on three different briskets and it never missed by more than 1 degree, so has anyone else had a cheapo gadget surprise them like this?
