Update: dropped $240 on a Thermoworks Smoke and my brisket finally stopped lying to me
Cooked 14 packers on a rusty Oklahoma Joe with a $12 dial thermometer before that thing showed me my actual grate temp was running 40 degrees hotter than I thought. Now I'm second guessing whether I even need the FireBoard, so what's your setup for tracking two racks at once?

Grate temp isn't what matters, it's meat temp and you still need probes for that.
