Just found out how many coffee filters we go through in a year at my cafe
I was doing inventory and added up the boxes. We use over 15,000 of the size 4 cone filters! That's like 40 a day, every single day. I guess I never stopped to think about it, but it makes sense with how many pour-overs we do. Anyone else have a random work number that surprised them?

Ever notice how the little things add up to crazy totals? It's like that with the paper towels at my place.
