Once had to clean a whole spilled milk pallet, smelled like sour yogurt for a week lol.

Seriously? Before the store even opened? That's a biohazard waiting to happen. Picture trying to mop up cold, slimy yolk mixed with shell fragments. It gets everywhere. And the smell would stick around for hours. No way you got that truly clean in time.
