The anvil stand I built collapsed on me last Tuesday

I spent a whole weekend building a nice oak stand for my 150 pound anvil. Looked solid, felt solid. Then I'm working on a hot horseshoe and the whole thing just buckles sideways. The anvil tipped over and hit the concrete floor. Put a nice chip in the edge. Turns out I used drywall screws instead of proper lag bolts. Had to weld up a steel frame from scrap I had laying around. Anyone else had a workshop failure from using the wrong fasteners?

Well at least you found out drywall screws aren't structural before the anvil landed on your foot.
