Cheater vs completionist in my group, which one is worse for the table?

So my Friday crew split down the middle last week over this. One guy, Dave, has been quietly fudging dice rolls in cooperative games for like 2 months, just to keep the story moving when we're about to lose Spirit Island or Arkham Horror. The other guy, Marcus, refuses to skip ANY content, so a 45 minute game of Clank! turns into 3 hours because he has to read every card text and backtrack for every little optional trigger. I called out Dave mid-campaign and he got defensive, but honestly I'm more annoyed by Marcus because he's not cheating, he's just wasting our one gaming night a week. Has anyone else had to pick a side between a liar and a slow player? Which one would you kick from the table first if you had to choose?
