My $80 custom insert for Gloomhaven was a total game changer

I finally caved and bought a laser-cut wooden organizer from a seller on Etsy after spending 15 minutes setting up the game every time. It cut our setup and tear-down time in half, and everything fits perfectly in the box now. Has anyone else found a specific accessory that was absolutely worth the money for their favorite big box game?
