Heard two members argue about skipping the last chapter of 'Klara and the Sun'
One said they always skip final chapters to imagine their own ending, which I'd never considered. It made me wonder if book club rules should allow that, or if it breaks the whole point of shared reading. Has your group ever dealt with someone not finishing the assigned book?

My high school English teacher used to red-pen whole paragraphs in my essays. I mean, talk about vandalism.
