Serious question, that conversation with my older brother about his garage setup

I was visiting my brother last weekend and he showed me his new pegboard wall with magnetic tool holders. He said 'you lose more time looking for tools than you save by stacking them in a pile' and it hit me that I've been wasting 10 minutes every job digging through my bucket. Has anyone else had a family member call them out on a bad habit that actually made you change how you work?

My brother did the same thing to me about my socket drawer. I had them all loose in a plastic tote and every time I needed a 10mm I'd be elbow deep in chrome for a full minute. He bought me a socket rail for christmas and I was honestly annoyed at first but now I can grab what I need in like 3 seconds flat. The magnetic strip for screwdrivers is also a game changer. I'd say just start with one drawer or wall section and see how much time you save before you go all in on the full pegboard setup.
