My boss scheduled a mandatory meeting at 6pm and then got mad no one showed up
Tbh this happened last Wednesday. My manager sent out a calendar invite for a "team building session" at 6pm. No heads up, no asking if it works. I have kids and a life, so I didn't go. Next day she called me into her office and said I was "not committed to the team." I asked if it was paid overtime and she just stared at me. Has anyone else dealt with a boss who thinks after-hours is fair game?
