That one week I stayed at a hostel in Prague for $12 a night and got bed bugs so bad I had to throw away my backpack

Ended up spending $80 on a new bag and $45 on laundry just to salvage my clothes, has anyone else had a budget stay backfire like that?

$12 a night in Prague should have been your first red flag.

Take that cheap deal and you're basically asking for bedbugs and regret.
