A crowded desk taught me to love blank pages in my bujo
I used to think empty pages in my bullet journal were a waste. My desk was so messy I lost track of my to-do list. I tried jotting down all my random thoughts on a blank spread. It helped me sort everything out and see what mattered. Now I make room for those brain dumps every single week.

That's smart, using blank space to actually sort the noise. It's kinda like my rough sketches, where the messiest page often has the one good idea. Forcing everything into a tight layout can sometimes kill what you're trying to figure out, lol.

Your point about the messiest page hiding the good idea is spot on. I've always wondered if the blank space around the mess is what lets our brains spot it later. It gives your eyes a place to rest and your mind a chance to wander off the clutter. That wandering is where the real connections happen, not when you're forced to focus on every detail squeezed together. Tight layouts kill that natural drift of thought because there's no room for your attention to bounce around. So the blank space isn't just empty, it's actively helping you think by creating gaps for ideas to form.
