TIL my bullet journal tracked a whole relationship I didn't notice
I was flipping through my old bujo from last year and saw I had a daily habit tracker for 'text mom' that I'd been filling in for 8 months straight... but I don't have a mom. It was a guy I was dating who made me text him every day and I just wrote it in the wrong spot. Has anyone else found weird mistaken entries in their old spreads?

Wait, so you were basically in a relationship with a bullet journal tracker and didn't even realize it? That's a whole new level of commitment to a habit you didn't actually have, haha. I once found a spread where I tracked "water intake" but it was actually just me noting down how many sodas I drank (oops). I guess our brains just love to autofill stuff, like a bad autocorrect for life. At least you didn't accidentally track your ex's mood for a year, right? Or maybe you did, and that's even funnier.

See @garcia.casey I actually think tracking is kind of useful even if you mess it up at first, lol. It forces you to notice patterns even when you mislabel stuff, like your soda/water mixup still taught you something about your habits. So maybe bullet journals aren't bad, they just need better editing than we give them credit for.
