Same thing happened to my buddy with a lawn care side gig. He just kept mowing the same few rich neighborhoods every week for two summers and then a property management company called him out of nowhere. Now he's got a crew of four and a truck that smells like gasoline and regret. Numbers just do that sometimes, they sneak up on you when you're not staring at the spreadsheet.
