Hired a VA from the Philippines 4 months ago to answer my salon's DMs and I was sure it would flop because who trusts a stranger with their clients? She booked 31 appointments in March alone, up from 14, just by replying within 5 minutes instead of my usual 6 hours. Anyone else running a small shop tried this or am I just late to the party?
