PSA: my customer list was rotting in a shoebox for 2 years

I just found out my old business cards and lead notes from the expo in Austin were sitting unopened, and one follow-up call landed a $3,800 order in 10 minutes. How many of you actually go back through your paper notes or do you all digitize everything from day one?
