Had a full primal slip off the hook during a busy Saturday morning

I was breaking down a 150 lb beef rib section at the shop when the hook gave way. The whole thing hit the floor with a thud that made everyone jump. I had to stop everything, wash it down, and trim off about 5 lbs that got contaminated. The rest of the morning was a scramble to catch up on orders. Anyone else had a close call with their hanging setup? What kind of hooks do you trust?

That feeling is way too real. My old car left me stranded three times before I finally learned. Some things just can't be fixed.
