Spent 4 hours stretching a 12x15 berber in Kansas City and the homeowner's dog undid it in 10 minutes
The lady let her labrador in before the tack strip was even set and it clawed up a seam I had just trimmed, so now I tell every customer to lock the pets in a bedroom until I hand them the receipt, does anyone else have a line they use that actually gets people to listen?
