PSA: $90 timing light beat my $400 scanner on a 97 Civic
My 97 Civic kept throwing a P0300 code last month and the $400 scanner just kept pointing at the plugs and wires. Borrowed a buddy's $90 timing light, found the belt had jumped a tooth, and it ran perfect after 20 minutes in my driveway. Anybody else got a cheap tool that keeps dusting their fancy one?
