Spent $150 on a decent fish spatula and it changed how I plate delicate items

I know it sounds crazy, spending that much on one spatula. But I was ruining so many bass filets and flaky white fish trying to flip them with a regular metal turner. The thin slotted ones kept breaking or bending. After the third time a halibut fell apart during service last month, I finally caved and bought a nice offset one from a restaurant supply place. The flex is perfect, it slides under anything. No more mangled fish. Has anyone else found a cheap tool that actually made a huge difference in the kitchen?

Man, same energy here! I grabbed a cheap offset fish spatula at a garage sale for like three bucks and it fixed my shaky hands with cod fillets overnight, best accidental find ever.

My buddy spent forty bucks on a microplane and now he zests everything he touches.
