That 4 AM prep shift taught me a better way to break down cases of herbs
I used to grab whole bunches of parsley and just hack away at the stems, but last week I tried just pulling the leaves off from the bottom up instead, and it went so much faster. Has anyone else switched their herb prep method after years of doing it the hard way?
