Hit 1000 yards of flatwork in a single month and the numbers are wild

Honestly, my crew just finished a huge month with a mix of driveways and patios. The total came out to 1000 square yards poured and finished, which is a first for us. On one hand, it feels like a real win and shows we can handle big volume. On the other, I'm worried the quality might slip if we push for that pace all the time. The profit was good, but the guys were wiped. Do you think chasing these big yardage months is worth the strain, or is it better to aim for smaller, tighter jobs?

A thousand yards is a big number but is it really that serious? Crews burn out fast chasing volume and customers notice when the finish gets sloppy. Sustainable growth beats a few crazy months that wreck your team. Find a pace that keeps the money good without turning your guys into zombies.

My buddy's crew fell apart chasing that "sustainable growth" pace @gibson.seth mentioned, and his best guys quit.
