My friend's 'moon landing was faked' argument took me a whole weekend to debunk
He kept bringing up the flag waving and the shadows, stuff he saw online. I had to dig through old NASA tech documents and find videos from museums showing how the flag had a rod to hold it out. What should have been a quick chat turned into two full days of my time just to get the basic facts straight. Does anyone else get worn out trying to find the original source for these old claims?

It's wild how much time these things can eat up (the flag thing is such a classic). You end up going down rabbit holes just to find the simple, boring truth. Honestly, maybe your friend has a point about being skeptical. Those official sources could just be part of the cover-up, right? Sometimes the simplest answer is that things just don't add up, and all that "proof" is meant to tire people out so they give up. Ever think the real rabbit hole is believing everything you're told?

Used to roll my eyes at stuff like this but @jenny_jackson actually has a point, the whole "tire you out with paperwork" angle makes way too much sense. Definitely rethinking my stance on some of this now.
