I was finishing a basement in Cheyenne and my new guy taped and mudded right over two outlet boxes he set too deep, so the plates sat a half inch behind the wall and nothing fit. I made him cut the drywall back and redo it, and I ate the $40 in materials because I should have checked his layout the same day. How do you all break in a new guy without hovering over every single box he sets?
