Back in 2019 at my last company we pushed a launch announcement out the door without looping in support, and the call center got slammed with 400 confused tickets in a day. These days I won't send anything until support, legal, and product have all read the same draft. Anyone else gone from lone wolf to group project, or do you still send solo?
