Stood in the back at our Chicago all-hands and watched a 45 second silence eat the CEO alive
He asked for questions and nobody said a word for almost a minute, so now I always plant one friendly question with a manager before big meetings. Anyone else do this, or is there a better way to keep execs from hanging out there?
