Lip filler migration made me look like I had a mustache for 3 weeks

Went to a new place in Austin called Bella Aesthetics for a half syringe top lip touch-up. The nurse injected too close to my vermillion border and the filler started creeping up above my lip line by day 3. I had to go back to have them dissolve it with hyaluronidase, which cost me another $250 and left me with zero volume. Has anyone else dealt with a bad injector who doesn't know where to stop?

Oh jeez, I gotta push back a little here. Look, it sucks that your lips looked weird for 3 weeks, I get it. But a mustache from filler that goes away on its own after dissolving and you only lost $250 total? That sounds like a mild inconvenience, not a life ruining disaster. I swear people on these forums act like one bad lip injection is the end of the world when really it's just a temporary cosmetic annoyance. There's people out there dealing with real health issues and here we are crying over a little migration that got fixed immediately.

Oh man, that sounds like a total nightmare honestly lol. A half syringe barely needs much volume anyway, so going too close to the border is just asking for trouble. I've had a similar thing happen with a different place in Dallas and it's wild how some injectors just don't get that less is more with lip filler.
