Rant: A client told me her Botox was 'just maintenance, like a haircut' while I was painting her house

I was doing a kitchen repaint in Scottsdale last month, and the homeowner was chatting with me while I taped. She pointed to her forehead and said, 'I get a little Botox every three months, it's just routine upkeep.' She said it with the same tone as someone booking a dentist cleaning. It really stuck with me because I see my work as fixing real problems, not just upkeep. Has anyone else had a talk that made you think about how people see these procedures?
