One client's comment changed how I do every brow wax now
Honestly, I had this older lady in last month who told me my brow shaping made her look 'permanently surprised'. I was doing the same arched technique I learned in school for 4 years. She was blunt but not mean, she just showed me a photo of herself from 10 years ago with a straighter brow. I switched to mapping from her natural bone structure instead of forcing an arch, and now 3 clients have complimented the softer look. Has anyone else had a single comment that made you rethink a whole service you thought was your signature?
