Tried that new bond-building treatment on a client with bleach damage

Had a regular with hair breaking off after her third bleach session last month. The stuff actually put some elasticity back in her strands after one round. Have you guys seen real lasting results with these treatments or just temporary fix?

Nah it's a temporary fix, the bonds break again after a few washes without maintenance.

Wait, have you tried the acidic rinse trick though? I was told to do a vinegar and water soak every 4-5 washes and it actually keeps the bonds from slipping. It's not a cure-all but it buys you way more time between reapplications. I pretty much ruined my first set of extensions because I didn't know about the pH thing. Now I just keep a spray bottle of diluted apple cider vinegar in my shower and mist them before conditioning.
