Watched a guy lose a 2-ton load at a job site in Phoenix last Thursday

I was setting up for a residential build near 7th Street and the guy next to me tried to lift a precast concrete panel without checking his sling angle. The load swung hard and cracked the panel on the edge of the truck bed before he even got it off the ground. Has anyone else seen a simple math mistake like that cost someone a whole day and a few grand?

That sling angle thing gets people every time, it's like folks just ignore basic geometry in the real world.
