Send them the NOI and cap rate comps" is the real estate version of a thing I see everywhere now. People just want the raw numbers to plug into their own spreadsheet, not the story behind them. It's like asking for the calorie count instead of how the food tastes. You see it with movie ratings, school grades, whatever. The summary box wins over the actual experience.
