Switched from spreadsheets to a simple pipeline tracker for our multifamily deals

Used to track every lender call and term sheet in a giant Excel sheet that kept crashing, but last month I moved everything to a free Trello board with columns for each stage. Honestly, seeing where each deal sits at a glance beats scrolling through 40 tabs, anyone else made a similar jump or still swears by their old method?

Swear by old methods here, but only because my Trello board turned into a digital graveyard of half-finished columns after week one. Still, I get it, anything beats watching Excel freeze mid-update and pretending that's normal.
