The moment I realized I was the problem with customer service
I used to get so mad at electronics support lines, like when my router kept dropping signal every night around 8pm. After my third call to Comcast in 30 days, the rep named Maria asked if I had a microwave near the router. I laughed it off but checked, and sure enough my kitchen microwave was right next to the modem and I used it every night to heat up dinner. Now I wonder how many times I yelled at people for something I caused. Anyone else have a humbling moment where you realized you were the actual nightmare?

It's wild how often the simplest fix ends up being the real answer in customer service.

Right? Customer swears it's some complex issue and it's just unplugging it and plugging it back in.
