Update: My landscaping crew landed a huge job in Royal Oak last week
Got a call from a property manager for a full commercial lot cleanup. They needed it done in three days. We worked 12 hour shifts, but the crew was solid. Client paid the $8,500 invoice on the spot. Anyone else get a surprise big contract that just made the whole month?

Totally get that feeling. We had a hotel chain call us out of the blue for emergency storm cleanup. That one check covered our slow season. Makes all the long days worth it.
