Bit freaked out" is the right phrase, I remember that feeling hitting 400.

Yeah, that "bit freaked out" feeling is real. My buddy hit 420 last month and he just sat in his car for like ten minutes after the doctor's appointment. He called me from the parking lot saying he could feel his heartbeat in his ears, just staring at the number on the paper. He started talking about cutting out bread right then and there.
