My best week selling prints on Etsy came out of nowhere

Last March I had three days in a row where I sold zero prints. I was ready to pack it in and try something else. Then on Thursday morning I woke up to 12 orders for my fall landscape series. One customer even left a note saying my work reminded them of their hometown in Vermont. Has anyone else had a random quiet period suddenly turn into your best sales week?

Is it just me or do the Etsy algorithm gremlins enjoy toying with our emotions like that? I swear the quiet days feel like the universe is daring you to quit, then it throws a curveball. Maybe the trick is to just ignore the stats and let the cards fall where they may.
