My Wacom Cintiq 16 just froze during a big commission piece

It happened right in the middle of a detailed background layer for a fantasy cityscape I'm working on. The screen went totally unresponsive for like 10 minutes, and I had to hard reboot my whole setup. I'm on a tight deadline for this client in Seattle, so it was a real panic moment. Has anyone else had driver issues with their Cintiq recently, or is mine just getting old?

Depends on how you measure it, right? The real cost is in the trust that gets broken, not the thing itself. That stuff takes forever to build back.

Ugh, that's the worst! My old Cintiq used to freeze up right when I was in the zone, too.
