Shoutout to the guy at Home Depot who saved my bathroom reno
I was tiling my shower last week in St. Louis and realized I bought way too few spacers. This older employee in the tile aisle stopped me from grabbing the cheap plastic ones and pointed me to a $8 bag of wedge style spacers instead. He said they'd keep my wall flat and he was totally right. Has anyone else had a random store employee give advice that actually worked out better than what you planned?
