Painted my bathroom ceiling with the wrong roller nap
Used a thick nap roller on my bathroom ceiling last Saturday and it left this weird orange peel texture everywhere. Had to sand the whole thing down by hand and start over. Anyone else make that mistake with paint rollers?

My buddy did this with a whole room. Took him forever to fix it.

The entire room? That sounds like a nightmare. How long was he in there before he realized he made a huge mistake? I mean, was it a small closet or like a bedroom? Because the drying time alone on a whole room would've been brutal unless he had industrial fans running for days. Did he actually try to peel it off while it was still wet or did he let it cure first?
