Can't pin down why the landing doors stick on humid days
Every summer it's the same story and I'm starting to think it's the seals but the maintenance logs say otherwise...

Have you checked the logs yourself? They might be wrong if the person writing them missed something obvious. I'd trust what you see over what someone wrote down.

Oh, I dealt with this exact thing! I tried silicone spray on the seals for years and it only helped a little. The real fix for me was the wooden door frame itself. All that humidity makes the old wood swell up just enough to press against the door. I ended up taking a plane to shave a tiny bit off the top of the frame where it meets the door. No more sticking, even in a storm. Maybe check if the door is touching the frame when it sticks.
