My neighbor's package sat on my porch for a week. I finally opened it to check for a shipping label and found a $60 bottle of wine. Do I tell them or just put it back?

Wait you opened it after a WEEK? That's the wild part to me. I get checking for a label but after that long you just leave it be. Tell them for sure, it's the right thing to do, but man that timing is awkward.

Guess it sat on a counter for a week while life happened. What's your usual move, @kai564, check the label and then just toss it in a drawer forever?
