Sometimes these big confessions are just regular stuff with extra drama. People call things "huge" when it's maybe just a work complaint or a mild crush. Unless it's truly dangerous, the world probably won't end if it slips out.

Get where you're coming from. See this with friends who treat every little worry like a big secret. It makes extra stress for everyone. We'd all be better off just talking things out without the drama. Solidarity on calling this out.
